What we learn becomes part of who we are...
Our Day
our day follows a very clear routine for all the children in Mucky Pups. We believe this helps them feel safe and secure, enabling them to plan their day and have control over what is happening. It is a balance and blend of Adult led together times in age groups with their family educator, child initiated activities and free, independent learning.
We use visual and aural clues of a timer and musical instruments to prepare children for the move from one session to another to help them prepare and move with ease from one activity to anther.

Each child's key worker plans activities to support their individual development. The worker also makes daily observations of play and progress, using these to plan the next activities for the child's learning. All of this is fed back and discussed with parents and carers on a daily basis. Parents can also access up to date data on their child via our secure online app.
