Keeping ourselves health has never been more prominent or more important in our lives than at this time and it is part of daily life. Everyday we teach our children how to keep themselves healthy through our daily routines, from washing their hands before and after eating, going to the toilet and playing outside. We encourage healthy choices at our twice daily sbnacks and discuss the foods we have in our lunch boxes too. We promote exercise through our time outside

Healthy Body, Happy Me!
This special day is led by Steph, find out more about her here and she teaches the children how to care for their bodies and keep themselves healthy. This includes all kinds of activities from exercise, dance and sports to making healthy food, keeping our teeth and bodies clean.
