Prices
The setting is pleased to be able to offer all three/four year olds 20 hours of care per week at no cost. Children of this age are entitled to 15 hours free childcare per week but as we are a not for profit organisiation we do not charge any top-up fees for the extra 5 hours we offer each week.
If your child is two their care will cost £9.50 per session (covering the full four hours we are open each day).

Payment Details
We are a very flexible setting and require no minimum or maximum bookings but to avoid confusion with payments we have a few simple 'rules' we like to follow...
We keep our fees low in order to meet the needs of the local community and we feel we offer excellent value for money. We ask that all parents read the payments details so they understand how we expect to be paid. If you have any questions please feel free to talk to a member if staff.
- If your child has their session paid for by the local council then we still require you to inform us of any absences. If your child is going to be absent from preschool for reasons such as illness or holidays we need to make a note of this in the register. If you intend to take your child out of preschool for a prolonged period of time we need the dates in writing.
- You have the option of paying for your child's care on a monthly basis if you wish. We aim to send each months bill out during the last week of that month so bills can be settled promptly before the new month begins. Families paying monthly are expected to settle bills promptly as we cannot allow amounts to build up over time. Failure to pay bills in a reasonable time may result in your child's place being cancelled.
- All booked sessions must be paid for unless we receive two weeks notice of any changes. Staff will not enter into any discussions with parents about fees. If your child misses a session without us having been notified we will charge you at the full rate. Children who are absent and have notified us of this will be charged at half the daily rate (£4.75).
- We accept cash, cheques and vouchers on site but you may also pay by BACS transfer (details below). Voucher payments must be prearranged and agreed by a senior member of staff. Receipts are available on request.
- Staff will not enter into discussion about fee reductions. We understand that some families wish to collect their child early either for family reasons or work schedules etc but please remember that you are paying for the space each day NOT the period of time your child is at the setting.
