“Little hands can make a big difference!”

We are thrilled to announce that our school has been awarded the Eco-Schools award! This wonderful recognition celebrates the care, creativity, and curiosity of our youngest learners.

​Our Early Years Eco Heroes...

Our little pupils have been at the heart of this achievement.
​They have been:

• Planting and caring for the school garden, learning how flowers, vegetables, and plants grow.
• Sorting recycling in fun and engaging ways, understanding what can be reused or recycled.
• Observing nature around the school, spotting birds, insects, and other wildlife.
• Learning through play, discovering how everyday actions—like turning off taps or saving paper—help our planet.

​This award is also an important step in our Climate Action Plan, which guides our school’s commitment to caring for the environment. Through Eco-Schools activities, our pupils are learning essential habits that will last a lifetime: respecting nature, reducing waste, and thinking about ways to make our world greener.
