CURIOUS LEARNERS

Some of you may of noticed a few changes to our nursery environment and the team have been working hard on introducing and modelling "Loose parts" and "Real items" to the children. these items or "Treasures" are there to promote the curious minds, for the children to tinker with and explore. We have been researching different learning types and have looked closely at The Curiosity approach which is a modern day approach to Early Childhood. Taking parts from Reggio, Steiner, Te Whāriki with a sprinkle of Montessori.

Over the next few months we will be making more changes to the environment to continue to promote that curious and imaginative learning but we need your help!
